Are there any ADHD programmers out there? I'm hoping to talk to a few, trade tips on how to manage a work day. I've noticed that the usual time management structures don't work. One, we often have to keep emails open so that we immediately know about apps being down, so there goes only checking a couple of times a day. I've also tried scheduling when in a day I would work on a project, but that doesn't do too well either; see #1 as to why. And so on. Any tips would be appreciated.

Determine why it's happening
Since my leg bouncing gets worse when I stressed in some way, I should start paying attention to when's it's happening and why.
I did good
I was pretty busy this weekend. I finally got started cleaning out my workroom, moving stuff out and stacking them in the space formally known as the dining room.I moved the stuff that was there -- storage bins, also from my workroom -- over by the patio door. I got half of the clothes washed, and put up clothes that were still out from the last time that I washed. I also got the tub cleaned out.
For me, that's not too bad.

Not too bad
I didn't do all that bad today. Most of the day went towards working on something work-related. I even got in a bit of side-project coding, so that I don't lose what little gains I am managing to acquire.
