‘Most people are reluctant to make changes that are imposed on them, and such forced changes are usually unsuccessful. People are far more likely to make a change successfully if they have recognized the need to do so, and appreciate the benefits that may follow.’
Those two lines just popped up in my time management course. That is so very true, and even truer for me. I practically grind to a halt when I have to do something that I do not wish to.
